Carlo came up to me with a bit of stuffing.  “Here you go.”

I’d seen it on the floor earlier.  I asked him the question I had wondered when I first saw it.  “Do you know where this came from?”

“Huh?”

“Where did this come from?” I asked as I waved the stuffing in front of him.

“In the sky,” Carlo answered.

I supposed its as good an answer as I’m going to get, barring someone telling me the truth.
