I get this question all the time.  It is often paired with someone trying to describe me as a saint.  Hah!!  They don’t know me that well.

Tomorrow we run out to get my Grandma (and therefore my kids Great Grandma) from the shore.  Thus starts the marathon of Mr. N sitters.

• Grandma stays with Mr. N on Thursday and Friday (goodness, we need to pick up the train tracks in the living room and toys in the playroom or she’ll break a hip!).
• Rachael comes down to stay with Mr. N for the following week.
• My Dad and Step-Mom come down the week after.
• The following week Mr. N is “free”, as he puts it, and will go back to camp.

I may be single, but I’m far from alone.  Married/single/etc./etc. the only way you make it work is with a support network and I have a great one.
