It Looks So Easy On TV
The flip of the eggs in the frying pan so that you can get them slightly browned on both sides without using a spatula or breaking the eggs. I’ve got the right kind of frying pan for it, a nice, smooth upward curve.
*Most* of the eggs ended up back in the frying pan. Bailey enjoyed the rest.
It was not nearly so elegant as I’ve seen on the cooking channel, though.
Eggs for breakfast on a school day is quite a treat, but Nicky’s school has an hour and 1/2 delay and we won’t be leaving until just past 10. That’s enough time for eggs, breakfast and some email/work, and clearing out the drive way (I probably could just drive over it as its less than an inch of snow, but its got a nice icy coat and will be pretty unmovable tomorrow if we get another inch of snow on top of it.
