IAAP has the sweetest looking 3 year old boy (he’ll be 4 in July) available. He has a SB and had surgery to remove the sac in China. He is fully potty trained and has no accidents, according to the CCAA and he can walk and run with the best of them. He was matched with a family, but they backed out. IAAP even has a donation toward his adoption costs.

If they do not find him a family in the next week, they will have to return his file (and 2 others). If I weren’t full-up at the moment, I’d definitely be thinking hard about this little guy with “pretty strong self-awareness.”
