Photos coming soon …

After a trip to Home Depot last night (for a replacement of the split washer I lost) and a run out there this morning (sigh, the slide lined up such that one screw went through a double thickness of boards, so the machine screw provided was not long enough and somehow we were short on deck screws). After the pain in the ass hassle that was the stakes (though, they really do help stabilize the sucker) and tightening all the bolts and screws, it is done.

Still pending is building a little border around the area and getting someone to come out with a gazillion cubic feet of mulch, however the ground is really soft out there because its where the last owner had their play set.

Now, however, I’m ready for the weekend to be done. There is still laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, papers for work … you get the picture.

Alrighty, the next step starts with a shower to get yesterday and this morning’s grime off of me and then we’ll figure out lunch and the afternoon.
