We have the bookends of our travel set!

We leave on Friday the 10th. 14 hours later we will land in Beijing in the early afternoon (you go over the North Pole). We’ll spend the night at a hotel in Beijing and get up on Sunday for the 4 hour flight to Urumqi. We’ll arrive in Urumqi in the early afternoon and, most likely, receive Peng on Monday the 13th.

We stay in Urumqi until the 17th, when we’ll take a 5 hour flight to Guangzhou (Peng’s first flight!). We have our consulate appointment on Monday the 20th and come home on the 22nd.
